About
Building homes in Başiskele since 2019.
Güvenli Müteahhitlik & İnşaat was founded in 2019 in the Başiskele district of Kocaeli. Since then it has been building homes across the district.
We work in four lines: build-and-sell, contracting, consultancy and project management. We mostly produce high-quality living spaces, and on request we also build villas and detached houses.
We have our own way of working in build-and-sell, and we also support individuals and institutions by carrying out their projects.

Our mission
To carry our engineering-based experience into projects of social and economic value, and to grow as an investor.
Our vision
To offer a home that is genuinely liveable, to keep every promise we make, and to hand over on time and safely.
How we work
On-time handover
The schedule is written into the contract, and the site is set up to meet it.
One counterpart
The client works with the same team throughout and is never passed between parties.
Open specifications
Every project's floor area, unit count and status are stated openly.
Do you own a plot, or are you looking for a flat?
Both questions reach the same number. For a land-for-flats meeting we need the location of your plot; for a flat, the layout you are looking for.
