Build-and-sell

We develop projects on our own land or through a land-for-flats agreement, and produce the flats ourselves.

Build-and-sell has been the main business model of Güvenli İnşaat since day one. We either acquire the land ourselves or agree a land-for-flats deal with the owner, and develop the project end to end.

Contracting

For clients who own the land and the design, we build turnkey.

In contracting work the land and the design belong to the client; the construction is entirely ours. From structure to finishes, from infrastructure to landscaping, the work runs under a single contract.

Consultancy

We give technical advice from the decision to buy a plot through to the building permit.

Not every plot is suitable for development. Under consultancy we examine zoning, ground conditions, floor area ratio and cost, and set out the realistic outcome of the investment.

Project management

We manage the site's schedule, subcontractors and budget on behalf of the client.

Even when someone else is building, the schedule, the budget and the quality still need watching. In project management we follow the site on behalf of the client and take on subcontractor coordination and payment control.
