We manage the site's schedule, subcontractors and budget on behalf of the client.
Even when someone else is building, the schedule, the budget and the quality still need watching. In project management we follow the site on behalf of the client and take on subcontractor coordination and payment control.
The client works with a single counterpart, and delays or cost deviations become visible before they grow.

Work items are placed on a schedule and the critical path is identified.

The site is visited regularly and progress is reported with photographs.

Subcontractor payments are checked and budget deviation is tracked.
