Consultancy
We give technical advice from the decision to buy a plot through to the building permit.
Not every plot is suitable for development. Under consultancy we examine zoning, ground conditions, floor area ratio and cost, and set out the realistic outcome of the investment.
For clients running their own project we also provide technical supervision throughout: material selection, programme and site inspection.
