Build-and-sell
We develop projects on our own land or through a land-for-flats agreement, and produce the flats ourselves.
Build-and-sell has been the main business model of Güvenli İnşaat since day one. We either acquire the land ourselves or agree a land-for-flats deal with the owner, and develop the project end to end.
In this model the buyer gets a finished flat with a known layout, known materials and a known handover date. The landowner turns the plot into value without selling it, receiving flats in return.
How we proceed

Land and feasibility
Zoning status, floor area ratio and location are assessed, and the number of units is calculated.

Share and contract
The land-for-flats ratio and the handover schedule are put in writing.

Design and permit
Architectural and structural designs are prepared and the permit process is carried out.

Construction and handover
Work runs from structure to finishes; occupancy permit and handover complete the job.
